AI for GCCs: common questions
Why do GCCs need AI enablement specifically?
Because the mandate changed. With 83% of India GCCs investing in GenAI and 58% investing in agentic AI (EY GCC Pulse Survey 2025), centres are expected to lead enterprise AI rather than support it. That takes engineers fluent in agentic workflows, governance a parent company trusts, and a roadmap, which is exactly the enablement gap this covers.
Can you train large engineering batches?
Yes. Corporate sessions run in cohorts on your real repositories and stack, on-site or remote, and leave shared standards behind. Multi-session programs work best for centres rolling out across several squads.
Do you travel to GCCs outside Gujarat?
Yes. I am based in Ahmedabad next to GIFT City and travel to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and NCR for on-site work, with remote delivery in between.
