Executive AI Workshop for Leadership Teams

An executive AI workshop is a focused half- or full-day session that gives a leadership team a working grasp of what AI can and cannot do for their business, and the decisions that follow: where to invest, what to buy versus build, and what to skip. I run it with live demonstrations on workflows like yours, on-site in Ahmedabad or anywhere in India, or remote.

What you’ll learn

  • Capabilities without the hype

What current AI models and agents genuinely do well, where they fail, and what that means for your industry.

  • Live, relevant demonstrations

Working sessions on tasks that look like your business, not canned demos, so the room sees real capability first-hand.

  • Decision framework

Build versus buy versus skip, sequencing, and how to evaluate vendors and tools without getting sold to.

  • A 90-day adoption plan

Leave with a concrete first quarter: pilots, owners, guardrails and the metrics that tell you whether it worked.

The agenda

A half day, structured to end in decisions rather than impressions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Executive AI Workshop: common questions

  • Do executives need a technical background for this workshop?

No. The session is built for decision-makers. It covers how the technology behaves and what it costs, in business terms, with live demonstrations doing the technical talking.

  • How long is an executive AI workshop?

A half day is the most common format, with a full day where the group wants hands-on time or a deeper strategy session. Multi-session programs work for boards that want to go from briefing to an approved roadmap.

  • Can you run this on-site in Ahmedabad?

Yes. I am based in Ahmedabad, so on-site sessions across the city and GIFT City are easy to arrange, and I travel across India for leadership workshops. Remote delivery also works well.

Where adoption and engineering meet

THE ENGINEERING TRACK

What this looks like for an engineering team

Adoption across a company and adoption inside an engineering team are different problems. If your developers are the ones who need to change how they work, the hands-on track covers Claude Code, Cursor, agents and spec-driven development on your own repositories.
