CASE STUDIES
AI training case studies: what the work actually did
Real engagements rather than claims. Each one covers what the team started with, what I ran, and what changed afterwards. Where a client has not cleared their name for publication, the story runs without it.
Why this list is short
A client name goes up here only with written sign-off. I have run more engagements than are published, and the ones missing are missing permission rather than results.
The test I care about is whether an engagement gets extended. Training that lands gets pulled into another department or another group entity, and that decision means someone had to argue its value again to an audience that had not seen the first sessions. That is a harder test than a feedback form, and it is the thing each story below is written to show.
Where a client has not cleared their name, the story still runs, without it.
Why is only one case study published?
Because a client name goes up only with written sign-off. I have run more engagements than are published here; the ones missing are missing permission, not results. A story without a name proves less, so I would rather publish one named engagement than five anonymous ones.
Can you share results from unnamed clients on a call?
Yes, in the detail their agreement allows. On a discovery call I can walk through what was run, what changed and what did not work, for engagements whose names are not public.
What makes an engagement worth writing up?
That it was extended. Training that lands gets pulled into another department or another entity, and that decision is a stronger signal than any satisfaction score, because someone had to argue the value again to a new audience.
