AI Training for Real Estate Companies
AI training for real estate teams covers the work the business actually runs on: sales follow-up, proposals and brochures, site and legal documentation, CRM hygiene and reporting. I run it for developers and property groups in Ahmedabad and across India, on your own material rather than a generic deck.

What you’ll learn
Sales and pre-sales workflows
Faster follow-ups, better first drafts of proposals and client communication, and research on a prospect before the call. This is where most real estate teams see the first week-one win.
Documents that eat the week
Brochures, agreements, approval paperwork and site reports. AI is genuinely good at drafting and summarising these, and genuinely bad at being trusted with the final legal word. I teach both halves.
Marketing without the sameness
Listing copy, campaign variants and content that does not read like every other developer in the city. The prompt work matters more than the tool choice here.
IT and internal systems
For groups with an in-house tech team, the engineering track covers AI coding tools on your own systems. That is usually where a rollout starts before it spreads.
The tracks, on your own material
This is the shape the delivered engagement took at Shivalik Group: separate tracks per team, each working on its own live material.
01
Sales and pre-sales
Enquiry follow-up, proposal first drafts and prospect research, built on your actual pipeline. The week-one wins live here.
02
Marketing
Listing copy, campaign variants and content that does not read like every other developer in the city.
03
Documentation
Brochures, agreements, approvals and site reports: drafted and summarised fast, with hard limits on what gets legal trust.
04
CRM and reporting
Notes, hygiene and the reporting that makes follow-up visible to leadership rather than lost in inboxes.
05
IT and engineering
For groups with an in-house tech team: the engineering track on your own systems, which is where the Shivalik engagement started.
How it runs
Sales series
HALF-DAY SESSIONS
Sales floors that apply things between sessions and bring real problems back.
Department workshop
HALF OR FULL DAY
One team at a time: marketing, documentation, CRM or IT.
Group rollout
DEPARTMENT BY DEPARTMENT
The Shivalik shape: one department first, then the next, then the next entity.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
AI Training for Real Estate: common questions
Have you actually worked with a real estate company?
Yes. I ran ten AI training sessions for Shivalik Group, a premium Ahmedabad real estate developer, starting with their IT team. The work extended to their Sales team on a separate track that is running now, a second entity in the group is onboarding, and 70+ people have been trained across the group so far. The case study on this site covers what that involved.
Our sales team is not technical. Is this still useful?
Yes, and the sales track is built separately for exactly that reason. It uses no code and no jargon. It is about drafting, research, follow-up and judging when the output is good enough to send to a client.
Do you run sessions on-site?
Yes. I am based in Ahmedabad and run on-site sessions across the city and Gujarat, and remotely across India. Sales teams in particular tend to get more out of being in one room.
WHERE THIS LEADS
What teams usually look at next
Corporate AI Training for Employees
The same training without the sector framing, for functions that are not property-specific.
AI Adoption Strategy
The sequencing question: which department goes first, and what to measure.
AI Training for Sales Teams
The sales-specific version, which is where a property group usually sees the first return.
Where adoption and engineering meet
THE ENGINEERING TRACK
What this looks like for an engineering team
Adoption across a company and adoption inside an engineering team are different problems. If your developers are the ones who need to change how they work, the hands-on track covers Claude Code, Cursor, agents and spec-driven development on your own repositories.

From ten IT sessions to a group-wide AI rollout
I ran ten AI training sessions for Shivalik Group’s IT team. The work then extended to their Sales team, and a second entity in the group is now onboarding. This is what that looked like, and why it grew.
