PRIVACY & TERMS

Privacy & Site Terms

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. It collects nothing about you directly. The sections below describe the only points where data changes hands, which is when you choose to contact me, and the terms that apply to what I publish here.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. keyur.ai is a set of static pages. There is no analytics script, no advertising or tracking pixel, no cookie, no browser storage and no form or input field anywhere on it.

Like any website, the hosting provider records standard server request logs, which include your IP address, the page requested and your browser user agent. I do not use those logs to build a profile of you and I do not combine them with anything else.

When you contact me

Every contact route on this site is an outbound link to a service run by someone else. If you book a discovery call, that happens on Calendly, and the name, email and any notes you enter go to Calendly and then to me. If you message me on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, that conversation lives on their platform. Each of those services has its own privacy policy, and I would encourage you to read whichever one you use.

What I hold is the ordinary result of you getting in touch: your email address, your messages, and any material you send me while we scope or run an engagement. I use it to reply to you and to deliver the work. I do not sell it, and I do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

If you want to know what I hold about you, or you want it deleted, email hi@keyur.ai and I will action it.

Third parties this site links to

Calendly for booking, WhatsApp for messaging, LinkedIn and GitHub for profiles, and AiPromptsX.com for my published writing. Following any of those links takes you to a service I do not control, under that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

Terms for the guidance published here

The comparisons, guides and checklists on this site are informational. They reflect what I have found working with these tools, and they are not a warranty that you will get the same result.

Where I quote a price, it is a vendor list price checked on the date shown next to it. Vendors change pricing often, and at least twice in 2026 alone on the tools compared here. Confirm any figure against the vendor’s own page before you budget against it.

Nothing here is legal, financial or compliance advice. Where I write about governance, policy or data protection, that is engineering guidance about how systems behave, and you should still involve your own counsel before you rely on it.

Changes to this page

If what I do with data changes, I will update this page and move the date below. There is no separate archive of previous versions, so the date is the honest signal of when this last reflected practice.

This page describes how the site and my practice actually work as of the date shown. It is written to be accurate rather than to be a template, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need it to satisfy a specific regulatory obligation on your side, have your counsel check it.
